Ultherapy Prime

What it does

Ultherapy delivers focused ultrasound energy below the skin surface to the deep supporting layer of the face, where it creates small points of heat that tighten tissue and start new collagen. The Prime generation shows the tissue layers on screen, so energy is placed at the intended depth rather than to a fixed pattern.

How it is planned here

Lifting at this clinic starts with design. Face shape, the areas that have dropped and left–right balance are assessed, and shots are concentrated where your face needs them rather than spread evenly. Ultherapy is offered for the full face and as a dedicated eye-area treatment, and is often combined in the clinic's one-day programmes with Thermage FLX, Titanium or Onda.

What to expect

Heat is felt during treatment; numbing is used and the clinic's low-pain options are available. Mild redness or swelling usually settles quickly. Some tightening can be seen early, but collagen remodelling continues over the following months.

Ultherapy or Thermage?

Ultherapy works on the deeper supporting layer with ultrasound; Thermage FLX tightens the dermis with radiofrequency. Some faces need one, some both — the doctor decides at consultation.

Is it painful?

Heat and pressure are felt at the deeper points. Numbing cream is standard and the clinic offers additional low-pain options.
