Technique decides the result

The nose sits at the centre of the face, so a small error changes the whole impression. The method differs by type — whether the nose is small, wide, long or crooked — and the image and proportions of the whole face are taken into account. The aim is a nose that looks like your own and does not broaden over time.

Topsco threads

For more structure, Topsco threads are inserted to the length and angle your nose needs, filler fills the space they create, and the shape is moulded by hand. The threads (PDO and PCL, approved by Korea's MFDS) stimulate collagen as they dissolve. Treatment takes about 15–20 minutes by cannula, without incision, and daily life resumes straight away.

Safety

Two safety rules apply to fillers here. A blunt-tipped cannula is used rather than a sharp needle in areas where vessels are at risk — it takes more technique, but the clinic does not trade safety for convenience (lips and chin, where the risk of vessel blockage is lower, are done with a needle). During injection the doctor repeatedly checks for any sign of vessel injury, and the day after treatment the clinic calls to check on your progress. All medical staff train regularly for emergencies so that a problem can be acted on immediately.
