International patients

The practical details that decide whether a visit works, set out before you book.

LanguageThe front desk handles Chinese, Japanese, English and Thai. Consultations with the doctor are held through an interpreter who sits in the room — and stays for the treatment itself, so you are told what is happening at each step in your own language and can say at any point if something is uncomfortable.
LocationCentral Seoul, on Namdaemun-ro between Myeongdong and Euljiro, in the basement level (B1) of the Hyde Park building. Euljiro 1-ga Station (Line 2) and Myeongdong Station (Line 4) are both within walking distance; use the Google Maps link for the walking route from your hotel.
HoursMon–Fri 10:00–20:00 · Sat, Sun & holidays 10:00–19:00. Closed on the day of Seollal and Chuseok.
BookingTreatment is by appointment. Send your concern and the dates you are in Seoul before you travel; the clinic confirms a consultation time and lets you know what the visit will involve.
PaymentOverseas credit cards and cash are accepted. A treatment confirmation (진료확인서) can be issued and sent by email on request. Treatment details, cost and whether anything extra could be charged are explained before treatment begins.
Tax refundKorea's tax refund scheme for foreign patients' cosmetic treatment has ended, so no refund is available. Cosmetic treatment carries 10% VAT.
