Languages and payment

• LanguageThe front desk handles Chinese, Japanese, English and Thai. Consultations with the doctor are held through an interpreter who sits in the room — and stays for the treatment itself, so you are told what is happening at each step in your own language and can say at any point if something is uncomfortable.
• PaymentOverseas credit cards and cash are accepted. A treatment confirmation (진료확인서) can be issued and sent by email on request. Treatment details, cost and whether anything extra could be charged are explained before treatment begins.
