How it differs

Standard contour injections shrink fat cells; these injections break down the fat cells themselves, so the reduction in a full double chin is more effective and lasts longer. They also stimulate collagen, helping the area stay firm rather than sag.

Injections approved by Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (Bella or Olifit), placed in the central double-chin area.

Aftercare

As with any injection, bruising, swelling or tenderness can appear and may last one to two weeks. Avoid alcohol, smoking and saunas for a while to reduce the risk of inflammation, and tell the clinic beforehand about any drug allergy.
