Face Volume Filler

What it does

Face volume filler uses hyaluronic-acid filler to fill hollow areas and improve the balance and contour of the face.

Where

Placed precisely where it is needed — front cheeks, side cheeks, nasolabial area or jawline — according to your facial proportions and how much volume has been lost, for natural dimension.

Safety

Two safety rules apply to fillers here. A blunt-tipped cannula is used rather than a sharp needle in areas where vessels are at risk — it takes more technique, but the clinic does not trade safety for convenience (lips and chin, where the risk of vessel blockage is lower, are done with a needle). During injection the doctor repeatedly checks for any sign of vessel injury, and the day after treatment the clinic calls to check on your progress. All medical staff train regularly for emergencies so that a problem can be acted on immediately.
